Greetings! My name is Emily Carter and I am a receptionist at Shai Clinic, in Missouri City, TX. My duties involve scheduling patients, answering questions and administrative tasks. I am very grateful to our audiologists - who are very committed to the diagnosis and treatment of hearing issues. Whether it's a routine hearing test or personalized hearing aid services - our audiologists provide expert care specifically designed for the patient. I am a receptionist and my aim is that each patient feels welcomed - and informed on the way through. Being a part of a team of people that assist in people to hear better and remain connected to their loved ones – is certainly rewarding.
